Sports Club offers group exercise classes designed to suit different levels of fitness. We constantly update the group fitness class schedule/format in order to keep classes relevant and effective. Because classes are intentionally kept small, instructors are able to provide personalized attention. You get a workout that meets you where you are and pushes you toward your goals.
We offer everything from yoga, Pilates, and Zumba year-round to aqua classes during the spring and summer. Set your own pace with cycling classes, and get a great resistance training workout with body sculpt and Zumba toning. Group fitness class schedules are posted and available for pickup at the Sports Club, distributed in our membership e-newsletters, and provided in our guest rooms for the convenience of our guests.
