Group Fitness Classes at Garden of the Gods Club

The Sports Club offers group exercise classes designed to suit different levels of fitness. We constantly update the group fitness class schedule/format in order to keep classes relevant and effective. Because classes are intentionally kept small, instructors are able to provide personalized attention. You get a workout that meets you where you are and pushes you toward your goals.

We offer everything from yoga, Pilates, and Zumba year-round to aqua classes during the spring and summer. Set your own pace with cycling classes, and get a great resistance training workout with body sculpt and Zumba toning. Group fitness class schedules are posted and available for pickup at the Sports Club, distributed in our membership e-newsletters, and provided in our guest rooms for the convenience of our guests.
